One question, many lenses.

The format

Three or four PEN members from completely unrelated fields answer the same question, one after the other. A pricing problem looks one way to a restaurateur and a completely different way to a software consultant, and hearing both side by side shows how much there is to learn from industries far from your own.

How it works

A simple structure, useful conversations.

  1. One question is chosen in advance (for example: "How do you handle a customer who wants a discount?")

  2. Each panelist answers from their own industry experience

  3. The room compares the answers and pulls out what applies to their own business
