PEN October: Real Talk, Real Plans
Our second PEN meeting, and the shaping continues. Three members take the mic for seven minutes each to share a real business failure, what it cost, and what they learned, followed by open Q&A with the whole room. Then we keep building together: a strategy session where the group refines what PEN is becoming and maps out the months ahead. Bring one thing you are proud of and one thing you are wrestling with.
