The format
One PEN member brings a real, current business problem. For fifteen minutes, the room may only ask questions. No advice, no stories, no "here is what I would do." Questions sharpen the problem until the owner sees it clearly, then states their own next step out loud.
How it works
A simple structure, useful conversations.
The problem owner presents the issue in 3 minutes
The room asks questions only, for 15 minutes
The owner states their own next step; the group holds them to it at the following meeting
